Getting back into the flow - Reader 4

After reviewing Reader 4 for the eighth time:

My thought process so far:
My work is definitely transdisciplinary. Lecturing/Teaching, Business and Management, Writing Material, Marketing as well as Performing/Speaking,

My competence is low in my chosen field but I believe that my capability is high.

What are my competencies?
I’m good with people, Natural leader, love giving/ helping/educating, contacts in the field of public speaking, los of life experience, achieved a lot within my own life, empathetic and approachable,

What are my capabilities?
I love learning, im passionate about helping people, I have a great way of explaining/presenting information to people.
No material written down ready to teach, no group of people to talk to, no specific chosen subject yet, no credibility, no experience of speaking/teaching groups

Questions I’m asking myself in search of clarity:
WHAT AM I PASSIONATE ABOUT?
What are my concerns?
Something you are interested in/passionate about
something applicable to my field
something around you all the time so you are thinking about it constantly
Do I understand the topic enough to explore it?
What do you need to find out?
Why will that make a difference to my work and career?
What impact will it have on my job, work colleagues, the sector in which i work?
Can you spread/pass on what i find out anywhere?
Will your project have some sort of impact?
Are you going to develop some new service? a new product? a learning resource?
Is my chosen field too far removed from performing?
What skills do I need for the future?
Are most of my questions thus far pseudo questions or genuine ones?
What’s a job that needs to be done or what im doing anyway

Past titles other students have used that have an area of similarity/interrest for me:
Behaviour Management within a primary school context, primarily focusing on year three children in Key Stage two
An investigation into the Role of Experiential Learning, and its Contribution to the Progression of a Ballet Company
Preparing an Optimised Dance Curriculum for a Mixed Ability Performing Arts Course’,
‘The Transition from Dancer to choreographer within the Field of Musical Theatre
How can you/what do you need to affectively make the transition from one field of performing to another?
The price people pay for their choices. Dancers – fun, no stress but no roots, ability to get a mortgage etc

Possible subjects I’m considering:
Journey from dancer to speaker - LIFE BALANCE – learned throughout my time performing
What do I want to do next and how do I get there (finding my own voice)
How do you get the life/work balance right
How do you fill the void of performing when you change careers
Developing my curriculum for educating my clients
What’s the best way for me to help people/educate
With so many opportunities, how do you choose
